How it works.
Enquire on a property
Get in touch through the website or one of our property portals. Our rental team will then discuss with you to understand your requirements before arranging viewings.
View the property
All viewings are accompanied between 09:00 – 20:00 hrs, Monday to Saturday.
Make an offer
Once you have chosen a property then submit an offer to your assigned rental coordinator who will negotiate on your behalf with the landlord and guide you through the next steps.
Tenancy setup
The tenancy set up is a digitalised process that includes; referencing, initial money handling, tenancy agreement sign off, legal and compliance documentation, and deposit registration. This will be handled by your rental coordinator.
Move in
A FOBEA representative will be present to handover the keys and will advise you of the assigned Property Manager who will manage the property throughout your tenancy.
